Paul and Jodi's family-run guest house, quietly situated in the heart of the Lake District National Park. A traditional Victorian house, comprehensively refurbished but with its original character kept — and rooms with magnificent views of the mountains.

Welcome
Seven rooms — six en-suite and one with a private bathroom. Rooms 1 and 3 look over the town to Skiddaw and Blencathra; the Deluxe Suite has a two-seater sofa in a bay window facing St John's Church, and gets the sun all afternoon. Every room has a flat screen TV, a hairdryer, tea and coffee, and Hungarian goose down duvets.
Staying here also gets you a private car park — quite uncommon in Keswick — secure wireless internet in every bedroom, secure bicycle storage on request, and a drying room for when it rains. We're open all year round.

“Brilliant guesthouse and reasonably priced. Rooms were very clean and included everything you could need. Breakfasts were gorgeous, all ingredients were high quality and cooked to your liking.
